10:00am-11:00am Have everything you need for the show, eat sack lunch, load trucks 11:00am- Attendance in the band room/ load buses
1:00 pm- Arrive at Five Star Stadium (9351 Washington St, Thornton, CO 80229) 1:00pm-2:00 pm- Change into uniforms, unload trucks get ready for the performance. 2:00pm- Air Academy goes to warm up
3:30 pm- Air Academy Performs at Prelims
4:30pm- Drum Majors line up for Prelims Awards
4:00 pm-5:30pm Dinner provided by Kadet Krew
Depending on Prelims performance, Air Academy performs Finals between 6:00pm-9:00pm—schedule will be announced on website
9:45pm Finals Awards Ceremony
10:00pm-10:45pm Load trucks and buses, leave for Air Academy High School 12:15pm-12:45pm Est. RETURN TO Air Academy High School, unload trucks, CLEAN OUT BUSES, hang up uniforms.
