Mark your calendars! On the last day of Band Camp, we’ll be celebrating with our annual Band Picnic & Show Preview!
Come enjoy a potluck dinner together as a Kadet Krew family and get a first look at everything the students have been working so hard on all week!

🍽️ What to Bring
Each family is asked to bring three items to share with everyone:
- One entrée — cooked and ready-to-serve, enough to feed four people (think: one 18″ pizza, a large mac and cheese, sub sandwiches, fried/grilled chicken, etc.)
- One six-pack of cold drinks — soda, Gatorade, juice, water, etc. All drinks go into a cooler, so please no 2-liter or gallon-sized drinks (nothing requiring a cup)
- A dish based on your last name:
- A–G: A dessert item or cut-up fruit to share (please cut desserts in advance!)
- H–P: A side dish to share
- R–Z: A veggie tray or side dish to share
If your family needs to bring gluten-free or allergen-free items, please label them clearly and include their own serving utensils.
We also need a few extra hands to help make this event run smoothly!
