AAHS Band Corporate Sponsorship Program

The non-profit Kadet Krew of parent volunteers is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit , and your donation is tax deductible like any other other nonprofit gift. The Kadet Krew raises $60,000 every year to keep the band equipped and on the field, matching what the school district provides. 

We’re trying to raise an extra $125,000 over the next two years to meet critical needs that are not funded—instruments, equipment and uniforms. We hope you can help us.

We have $40,000 in urgent equipment needs—instruments and other equipment that have to be replaced before they fail, maybe during a performance! That’s above our normal operating costs. The band has spent $4,500 over the past two years just on repairs to existing instruments and equipment, and we have a backlog of broken instruments that keep eating our budget for new instruments. Our current funding and donations are not enough to get us over these humps.

The band needs your support more than ever. Your children, or even you, may have played instruments the current band are playing. It’s time to retire those instruments! But we’re on the cusp of championship-level competitiveness. We’ve finished third or better in 6 competitions over the past two years, and we’re all excited for this year’s performance: Pandora’s Box! Our band staff are committed to improving and winning, and our band kids know they are capable of better than third place.
